Action plan for wellness

Earlier today, I promised to publish an action plan for  incorporating wellness into your life. Of course, there are many things you can learn and do (and I will come back to this topic very soon), but this will help you get started.

Start thinking about the following: 

    Awareness: Where are you unbalanced?
    Knowledge: What options do you have?
    Decision Making: What options should you consider?
    Planning: What is the most realistic plan?
    Action: When, where, and how can you take action?
